Could Apple's removal of its "sexy apps" be in anticipation of an "explicit" section in the App Store?
On February 18, 2010, Apple took down about 5,000 "overtly sexual" apps from the App Store. Some critics have cried censorship, but indications point to a temporary ban, while the digital distributor puts together an "explicit" section. Carmi Levy believes there's too much money to be made in "blue content" for Apple to ignore it. He joined audio producer Chris Mitchell over the phone from London, Ontario.
