Dylan Richardson says Mikhail Grabovski punched him in the face and assaulted his wife.
Toronto Maple Leafs forward Mikhail Grabovski was arrested for his part in a drunken brawl at the Vancouver Olympics in February, but was released without charge. Now Dylan Richardson, who was wearing a Montreal Canadiens jersey at the time of the incident, is suing Grabovski for an undisclosed amount. Richardson says he suffered a head injury, back injuries, memory loss, and a change in personality as a result of Grabovski allegedly punching him in the face. He also allegedly punched Richardson’s wife. Grabovski was in Vancouver as part of the Belarussian hockey team. He played for the Canadiens from 2006-2008, and left the team acrimoniously.
