Playboy offers deal to Mel Gibson’s ex

The publication has reportedly offered Oksana Grigorieva $750,000 to do a cover shoot.

Most people had never heard of Grigorieva until she leaked tapes of Gibson ranting and threatening violence against her. The recordings may have put the nail in the coffin of Gibson’s career, which had already been faltering after revelations that he’d uttered anti-Semitic slurs during a DUI arrest. Grigorieva, a musician by trade, was rocketed to fame as a result of the incident and has been offered the dubious honour of posing for Playboy. Reports say that a $750,000 offer has been made to the Saransk, Russia native but she has yet to respond. She is reportedly in substantial legal debt as a result of a child custody case with Gibson. The pair had a daughter in October 2009.
