Trump Considering Presidential Run

The real estate mogul says “everybody’s ripping America off.”

A day after Sarah Palin sent the strongest signals yet that she will run for president in 2012, billionaire and reality TV host Donald Trump said he is also considering a presidential campaign on the Republican ticket. He can certainly afford to do so. He told ABC’s George Stephanopolous he could easily spend UDS$200 million of his own money on a campaign, and that as president he would make other countries respect the U.S. again. He said that the U.S. has become a “whipping post” for the rest of the world and that many of the Chinese people he does business with think that the U.S. is “run by fools.” Last week one of Trump’s advisers launched the website www.shouldtrumprun.com.
