It’s believed the imminent release of classified documents include evidence Washington is supporting a Kurdish terrorist group.
U.S. officials have briefed a number of their allies in an attempt to head off the massive diplomatic fall-out expected from the next WikiLeaks release. Among the sensitive information that is expected to be made public is Washington’s support for the Kurdish rebel group PKK, Turkey’s support of al Qaeda in Iraq, and internal U.S. communications documenting corruption in the governments of its allies, including Russia and Afghanistan. U.S. officials have briefed Britain, Canada, Australia, Norway, Denmark, and Israel on what to expect. WikiLeaks has promised its imminent document dump will be seven times larger than the Iraq war documents the site released in October. The release is scheduled for next week, but could come sooner.
