The website’s founder and lawyer are saying that if Julian Assange is brought before authorities or harmed, they will unleash dangerous uncensored documents.
“You ain’t seen nothing yet,” seems to be the message from WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. He said he has distributed an encrypted file to thousands of supporters that contains uncensored, detailed information about U.S. informants and soldiers, and that the file is his “insurance policy” against those calling for his prosecution or assassination. The 39-year-old Australian is believed to be hiding in the U.K. and is refusing to present himself to Swedish authorities, who are seeking him for questioning after two women accused him of rape. Assange says the charges are politically motivated. Officials from the U.S. as well as former aide to Stephen Harper Tom Flanagan have called for Assange to be hunted down as a terrorist.
