A bungalow in California is so packed with explosives that authorities fear even shifting papers strewn inside could cause an explosion.
George Jackubec has pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of bank robbery and manufacturing explosives, but he may have a tough time proving his innocence considering his house in Escondido, CA is basically one giant bomb. It’s so full of explosives that authorities decided the safest thing to do would be to blow it up by starting a controlled fire. The house is reportedly cluttered with explosives, detonators, and ammunition, making it impossible for police or even bomb-diffusing robots to move around safely. The controlled detonation is scheduled for noon EST today.
