Unconfirmed reports say at least 30 people have been killed in a bomb blast at Domodedovo Airport.
Details continue to emerge of what is believed to have been a bomb attack at Russia's busiest international airport Monday afternoon. Reportedly 31 people have died and 140 have been injured. The airport is being evacuated and other major transportation hubs in the country are on high alert as officials fear a second attack. President Dmitry Medvedev says the explosion bears all the hallmarks of a terrorist attack, and it is believed to have been carried out by a suicide bomber. In March of 2010, 40 people were killed when two female bombers detonated explosives in Moscow’s subway system. More to come.
