U.S. President pokes fun at presidential hopeful Donald Trump's conspiracy theories about Obama's birthplace.
U.S. President Barack Obama unleashed a string of pointed one-liners, mostly at the expense of Republican rival Donald Trump, at the annual White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday. Obama opened the night with a taped segment called "I Am a Real American," mocking Trump's "birther" stance. Obama also took shots at Trump's purported plans to run for the presidency in 2012 by calling out the real estate mogul's recent decision to fire Gary Busey from The Celebrity Apprentice. The President joked: "These are the kinds of decisions that would keep me up at night. Well handled, sir. Well handled." Obama shot jabs at other guests, including Matt Damon, but his attention remained focus on the stern-faced Trump for much of the night.
