A film panel says the sequel is just too much torture porn for British eyes, while the director says it makes the original look 'like My Little Pony.'
The sequel to last year's gross-out horror film The Human Centipede has been banned from the United Kingdom after a panel at the British Board of Film Classification deemed it far too depraved for the nation's screens. The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence) is just the 11th film to have been banned from Britain. The ban means no one in the country can legally sell it – in a cinema, on DVD or VHS, or even as an online download. The first film, directed by Tom Six, featured a mad scientist who sewed his victims' mouths to others' anuses to form a chain resembling the titular centipede. The sequel is about a guy who gets sexually aroused by watching the first film and decides to recreate the centipede, but with a heaping dose of rape and sadism.
