Nope, no pressure on 18-year-old Trevor Gretzky whatsoever.
Trevor Gretzky, son of Wayne and apparently a decent first baseman, has been picked by the Chicago Cubs in the seventh round of Major League Baseball's annual entry draft. Gretzky the Younger is 18, and must now make a decision between inking a professional contract with the woeful Cubs or continuing on to San Diego State University, where he'd play under the tutelage of baseball icon Tony Gwynn. Gretzky had been a star hitter on his high-school team in southern California, and seems to have inherited at least some of his father's legendary hand-eye co-ordination. All that's left for him is to turn that ability into a sport-defining career that is all but impossible to surpass, while lifting the spirits of an entire nation and doing so with humility, poise, and honour.
