Rizzuto Mansion Up For Sale

Who WOULDN'T want to live on a street best known for assassinations and the mansions owned by the Mafia?

Mafia boss Vito Rizzuto's Montreal mansion is up for grabs for the extortive sum of just under $2 million (we're not actually sure if that's extortive, but come on ... Extortion? Mafia? You get it. We could have said “make the real estate agent an offer she can't refuse,” but that's lazy). The Rizzuto estate, in the north end of the Island of Montreal, features four bedrooms and five bathrooms, which is a fair bit nicer than Rizzuto's current digs – a U.S. federal penitentiary, where he's serving out a racketeering sentence. Two other houses on the street are also owned by the Rizzuto clan, with Vito's recently assassinated father Nicolo and his recently vanished brother-in-law Paolo Rendo formerly maintaining residency there.
