Conrad Black Ordered Back to Prison

For the second time, Conrad Black has been found guilty of misappropriating company funds.

Conrad Black, Baron of Crossharbour, is headed back to prison for another year. Judge Amy St. Eve sentenced the media mogul to 42 months in prison, although since he's already served 29, Black will only face another 13 months behind bars. St. Eve ruled that Black that was guilty of taking money from his shareholders while in charge of Hollinger International in sentencing him, causing Black's wife, Barbara Amiel, to faint. The new sentence replaces the one doled out for fraud convictions in 2007, for which Black was ordered to serve six-and-a-half years in prison. Black had been freed on bail as the courts reviewed his case, but will now head back to prison with his legal saga over (if you overlook the countless lawsuits he and his rivals have filed against one another).
