Ohio Police Hunt Rogue Banana

The search is on for someone in a banana suit who attacked a gorilla mascot.

In a scene reminiscent of a Monty Python sketch, Ohio police officers are now on the hunt for a person dressed as a banana. The banana is accused of attacking a man in a gorilla suit while he was promoting a wireless centre. The store manager called 911 to report that someone in banana attire came out of the bushes and leapt at the man in the gorilla suit. “The kid just speared our gorilla,” store manager Brandon Parham said. The mascot was able to get up and return to work shortly afterward, but the attacker and his or her friends got away. Although the incident is believed to have been a prank, police are on the lookout in Strongsville, Ohio, for a very big banana.
