Of course, Facebook remains supreme, attracting more unique visitors than Tumblr, Twitter, LinkedIn, and MySpace combined.

LinkedIn is now the second-most popular social-networking site after Facebook, after it surpassed MySpace in the total number of unique visitors last month. LinkedIn, a social-networking site for professionals that doubled its share value in one day when it went public in May, brought in 33.9 million unique visitors, surpassing MySpace's 33.5 million. Twitter is right on their heels, with 30 million, and some reports say Google+ could attract as many as 20 million unique users by this weekend, just two weeks after it was launched. Bringing up the rear is Tumblr, with 11.7 million. Facebook, though, is still miles ahead – some 160 million unique users logged on during the past month in the U.S., more than all the other networks combined.
