Moon Could Be 200 Million Years Younger

And here we've been calling that gorgeous orbiting rock 4.568 billion years old all this time.
Hey, moon, no wonder you've been looking oh-so-fine lately. Turns out your heavenly body could be 200 million years younger than we first thought – not that you ever looked that old. Instead of being a raggedy, ancient 4.568 billion years old, American, Danish, and French researchers say the oldest rocks on your beautiful surface are a sprightly 4.36 billion years old. Damn, moon, we wouldn't put you at a day over 4.34 billion, not that we mind one bit. What we would do to be those scientists, who got to study your rocks up close, measuring their radioactive decay to find out your true age, even though you never had anything to hide. Except for that dark side we always hear about. Let's just keep that side of you away from us forever, alright?
