Lingerie Football League Adding Five Teams in Canada

Yet for some reason, we still can't find any backers for our Underwear Bowling League.
The Lingerie Football League is expanding to Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Quebec City in time for the 2012 season starting next summer. The chairman of the women-only football league, which already has a team in Toronto, said the new six-team division will play a 12-week season that will lead up to the first ever Canadian Lingerie Bowl, to be held the day before the Grey Cup. For the sake of the ladies, we're hoping that they get to play indoors down the stretch, because playing football in lingerie in Edmonton in the middle of November sounds more like cruel and unusual punishment than the sexy combination of human beauty and athleticism that the league bills itself as. Team names for the five new franchises will be voted upon by the public in each city with the person who submitted the winning name taking home season tickets for life (or as long as the league exists, which we're guessing will be five more seasons, tops).
