The English performer had to cancel his concert in Ontario after customs said he was not fit to enter the country.
English entertainer Russell Brand has been denied entry into Canada. The singer and comedian was turned back at the airport when he arrived at customs (apparently white people occasionally get screened too!). Brand was scheduled to perform at Ontario’s Casino Rama for an audience of 5,000 people. After tweeting about the incident, Brand posted a message on his website that read “I can't enter Canada. We must abolish the borders between our nations AND our minds." This is not the first time the self-professed former heroine addict has had travel issues. Brand was deported from Japan in May and denied entry to the U.S. in 2008. Mr. Katy Perry has also been arrested 12 times and famously dressed up as Osama Bin Laden on September 12, 2001.
