Stuck in a New Jersey foster home due to allegations of child abuse, two of the worst-named kids on the planet play the part of Eastern Europe in a feud between parents and the state.
Two New Jersey parents are protesting the state's family services offices for not returning their three children from a foster home, despite being cleared of child abuse allegations against their kids, Aryan Nation and Adolf Hitler. Yep, Aryan Nation Campbell and Adolf Hitler Campbell are the names of two of the couple's three children (the third is the slightly less awful Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell), which were taken away from the parents in 2009 after the mother attempted to get a Walmart to write "Happy Birthday, Adolf Hitler" on a birthday cake for her son. The Walmart complied with the request, but also alerted local authorities to the fact that a woman named her child after the single worst human in the entirety of history. Court later heard of allegations of physical child abuse against the children, with the state maintaining that that's why the kids were taken away from their parents, not their awful, awful names. However, the parents say that a court ruled last month that the kids were taken away without just cause, but the kids are still being held at a foster home. The parents say that their offspring are being held there illegally. A judge will decide in December whether lil' Adolf and Aryan can come home in what can only be termed domestic Anschluss.
