Google Maps to Include Indoor Spaces

Why learn to navigate inside buildings when Google can do it for you?
Having trouble locating that blender in aisle five? No problem, just ask Dr. Google to find it for you. That’s right, Google is starting up a new service to complement its street view: indoor panoramic photos. As part of a new pilot project, the mapping giant will now include photos of the inside of shops and businesses in addition to its 360-degree outdoor maps. Though hospitals and other places containing sensitive information are exempt for now, restaurants, hotels, shops, and gyms are invited to ask Google photographers to come in and shoot their stores with wide-angle lenses. Guess the latest privacy complaints haven't had much of an impact.
