In case you needed further proof that nothing clouds good judgment like having a child...

Eighty parents in Ontario's York Region (that's Newmarket, Vaughan, Markham, and the like) are planning to protest the public school board's use of wireless internet in classrooms despite there being no proof that this wonderful bounty from the digital gods has even so much as caused a headache. Some of these parents have even gone so far as to pull their children out of the public school board and put them into private schools or (gasp) home-schooling. We're sure those kids will turn out just fine. These adults are going to protest outside school board offices on Nov. 23 and come spring, they'll join luddites concerned parents from across the country in Ottawa to get somebody to please think of the children. We'll let Chris Selley take it from here.
