The Nanos Poll asked Canadians to share their wisdom with political parties.
When surveyed, Canadians were more than happy to offer advice for Stephen Harper and his Conservative party: “communicate with people.” 13 per cent of respondents believed what the prime minister needed most was some good talking points, while honesty and transparency came in second with 6.4 per cent of responses, and lowering taxes, creating jobs and fixing the economy was suggested by just 4.4 per cent. Both the Liberals and NDP were told to get new leaders, with the Liberals also told to improve their honesty and transparency and the NDP largely offered “no advice at all.” As for the Greens, Canadians suggested broadening policy views.
