Daniel Kammen

Professor of Energy at the University of California, Berkeley
Daniel M. Kammen is a professor of energy at the University of California, Berkeley, with appointments in the Energy and Resources Group at the Goldman School of Public Policy, and the Department of Nuclear Engineering. He is the founding director of the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory at UC Berkeley, and currently serves as Science Envoy for the U. S. State Department. He has previously served as the Chief Technical Specialist for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency for the World Bank Group.
