Jill Atkey is the Research Director at the B.C. Non-Profit Housing Association. She has been involved in conducting community based research at local, provincial and national levels through policy analysis, evaluation and planning. Jill's work focuses on a broad range of social issues including housing, income security, community development, and social inclusion.
