Contributor Biography
Professor Albert, a proud native of Quebec, is currently Senior Research Fellow at the Canadian Council for Democracy and Assistant Professor at Boston College Law School, where he specializes in constitutional law and democratic theory.
A graduate of Harvard, Oxford and Yale, his record of public service includes advising elected and appointed officials in the House of Commons and the Senate of Canada, clerking for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, and volunteering his time to several charitable organizations, including the Special Olympics and the YMCA-YWCA.
