Contributor Biography

Robert C. Austin teaches the politics and history of Central and Southeastern Europe at the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto. He is a specialist on Albania and Kosovo. In the past, Dr. Austin was a Tirana-based correspondent of Radio-Free Europe/Radio Liberty, a Slovak-based correspondent with The Economist Group of Publications, and a newswriter with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in Toronto.
