Contributor Biography
Mr. Brock is a public policy strategist who has frequently advised governments and organizations with polar interests. He currently works as a strategic planning analyst for the Government of the Northwest Territories.
He studied political science at Dalhousie University, the University of Saskatchewan, and the University of Western Ontario. In 2005 he was named a Fellow of Action Canada, a national program in leadership and public policy. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Political Science Association and is a member of the education team for Students on Ice.
