Contributor Biography
Mr. Morley is a Fellow of the UK Chevening Program and U.S. International Visitors Leadership Program. He has 10 years of experience as a public servant with the Government of Canada and provincial governments in Ontario and Manitoba. As a public policy entrepreneur he specializes in finance, innovation, infrastructure, and energy and is currently the Director of the Manitoba Innovation Council.
He has received the Privy Council Office Team Award of Excellence from the Government of Canada and the Public Service Excellence Award from the Government of Manitoba for his work on public policy.
He is the co-founder and former national chair of the Young Environmental Professionals of Canada, which helped to create the first Canadian Environmental Youth Leadership Scholarship, and a previous volunteer with the Canadian Olympic Committee, Institute for Public Affairs Canada and Toronto City Summit Alliance.
