Contributor Biography
Mr. Morley is a Fellow of the UK Chevening Program and U.S. International Visitors Leadership Program. As a public policy entrepreneur specializing in finance, intergovernmental affairs, infrastructure and environment, he has almost 10 years of experience as a public servant with the Government of Canada and provincial governments in Ontario and Manitoba.
He is the Founder and National Chair of the Young Environmental Professionals of Canada, and former volunteer with the Institute for Public Affairs Canada, Toronto City Summit Alliance and Canadian Olympic Committee.
His hobbies including playing basketball and golf, writing restaurant reviews, and speaking French and Spanish while traveling the world.
