Gershon Mader has worked with more than 50,000 people around the world, helping them to achieve dramatic improvements in their individual and team productivity, performance, and communication skills. His unique background has given him a style that is all his own, and is appreciated by his clients and audiences worldwide. He is the co-author of The Power of Strategic Commitment (http://www.strategiccommitment.com) (Sept, 2009).

Born and raised in Israel, Gershon completed his military service in an elite commando combat unit. He retired as a captain, while continuing to coach senior military officers and combat teams, whose survival depends on high-performance communication and excellent teamwork. He then managed an Israel-based international training and consulting firm, where he worked closely with entrepreneurs and small businesses, before immigrating to Canada in 1993 and co-founding Quantum Performance Inc. (http://www.quantumperformanceinc.com/) with Josh Leibner in 1998.

For 28 years, he has helped executives and managers to create bold and innovative strategies, and to execute them impeccably by aligning and engaging their entire teams. He designs and delivers initiatives that transform businesses and organizational cultures. He coaches executive teams to achieve high performance across a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, technology, commercial real estate, financial services, manufacturing, entertainment, insurance, retail, and non-profits.

Gershon has worked in Europe, Asia, South America, Mexico, the Middle East, Canada, and the United States – at all levels of Fortune 500 and equivalent international organizations, from the boardroom to the shop floor, as well as with union executives and employees.

Expert in his field, he speaks regularly at corporate events, where he receives outstanding accolades. In addition, he has been quoted in major publications including Forbes; he has also co-published numerous articles on leadership and management in significant publications, including "Chief Commitment Officer" in HR Executive, "Are your executives sabotaging your strategy?" in Workforce Management, among others.

He lives in Toronto with his wife and three children.
