Carmi Levy is an independent technology analyst and journalist based on London, Ontario.

He is a widely quoted and published expert in technology’s impact on business, and comments regularly for Business News Network, CTV, CBC, the Toronto Star and the National Post. His expertise encompasses e-mail and messaging, mobile and wireless, client systems, help desk re-engineering and best practices, and telephony/Voice over IP (VoIP). He is also an expert in IT best practices and the leadership of high performance, self-managed teams in the financial services sector.

Carmi is the author of the Info-Tech Research Group best practices methodology, Optimizing Your IT Infrastructure, as well as the research report, Building the Next Generation Help Desk. He has also contributed to a range of technology and mainstream media publications and regularly speaks on how technology is leveraged in a business context.

In addition to designing and delivering business communication courses at London’s Fanshawe College, Carmi participated in the selection process for the school’s next-generation online course delivery system.
