Mark MacLeod runs StartupCFO Enterprises, an organization that supports startups with financial and strategic guidance on funding, growth and exit strategies. He operates StartupBooks, which provides outsourced back office and admin services for technology entrepreneurs. He is also currently CFO for Tungle and Akoha.
Since 1999, Mark has been leading Finance and Operations for Angel and VC-backed startups in software, communications and the web. Prior to Tungle, Mark led Finance for Mobivox, Terrascale Technologies (acquired by Rackable Systems), Hexago and Silanis. To date, he has raised over $50 Million in financing.
Mark’s blog, StartupCFO has become a resource for technology founders on all things relating to startup finance and operations. He is a guest contributor to GigaOm’s Foundread and Vator.tv, and a member of Alltops.
