Contributor Biography
Mr. Tanzola is a Toronto writer. He is co-founder of pungents.com, a semi-notorious humour web site. He was director of digital media at The Walrus in 2007-2008, as well as a copy editor at the National Post. He is former editor-in-chief of the Queen's Journal and also worked as a community beat intern at The Whig-Standard in Kingston.
He enjoys urban cycling, and was the founding organizer of the Giro T.O., an Italian-themed charity bike ride. In his spare time he brunches throughout Toronto's neighbourhoods and volunteers at a soup kitchen and food bank for street-involved youth. He blogs at Freedom is a Cupcake.
