Kate Chappell

Kate Chappell is a journalist, observer, and commentator on politics, business, and just about everything else. She was born in Sydney, Australia, and is currently based in Boston, but has lived in New Delhi, India, Washington D.C., and Ottawa. Her work has appeared in many Canadian publications, including the Ottawa Business Journal, the Ottawa Citizen, Ottawa City Magazine, and iRun Magazine. She holds an honours BA in political science from Carleton University and a master’s degree in political theory from Boston College. She recently completed a master’s thesis on the work of Hannah Arendt, a political philosopher who wrote extensively on the Holocaust and the Nazi regime.
