With everything going on in the world, isn't it safe to assume that the world would not end by just one thing happening? It seems that with earthquakes, storms, volcano's erupting, sun flareups, diseases rampant worldwide and the multitudes of other earth-shattering things going on, that just one thing just won't do the job. Each area of the world is prone to different types of disasters. Just looking at the U.S. California's area prone to earthquakes, Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas are prone to tornadoes...etc. What if each specific area got hit all at once?

Chapter-2 para-2: This is the Scripture (Quran) whereof there is no doubt, a guidance unto those who ward off (evil). Chapter-67 para-2: Who (Allah)(God) hath created life and death that He(Allah) may try you which of you is best in conduct; and He is the Mighty, the Forgiving, Chapter-75 para-1: I (Allah) swear by the Day of Resurrection; Chapter-75 para-6,8 & 9: When will be this Day of Resurrection? when the sight shall be dazed, And the moon will be eclipsed, And the sun and moon will be joined together Chapter-55 para-26: Whatsoever is on earth will perish.

Have you read your Bible lately. Only God knows what is going to happen and when. We as humans need to read our Bible and spread the word like God wants us to. God would like a relationship with us, but because of sin we are separated from God. We try to do good works, but we fall short. Because of our sin the penalty is DEATH. God sent His Son to build a bridge to get us back to God by paying the price for our sins. If we except Jesus Christ as our personal Savior, we can cross over to God and build the relationship God wants us to have with Him. There is a diagram to go with this, and if I could have drawn it for you I would have. I hope you will read this and read your BIBLE and except Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. In 1859, there was a solar flare which hit earth. Telegraph lines between Boston and Portland kept on going, without batteries, only on the Northern Lights power source. The sky rained white, green and red light all over North America, and you could read a newspaper a night. The same (but much weaker) kind of event took out a satellite in April, 2010. Is it true that by December 2012, all the planets will be alligned? Also what do you think it will happen because of that?

The Bible predicts of signs to come, They will wage wars in my name (Dividend war monger lovers did wage wars in the name of freedum, democracy and humn rights....) He will rules the world for seven years (Remember the famous phrase youare either with US or you are againts US..... The answers are all there. Like Sandra said in her comments. I concur. Many of the things that scientists and news ads are proclaiming, totally fall in line with the predictions of end times as the warnings given to all mankind in the bible. Don't just listen to what other people tell you. Including false preachers and prophets. Always, always, ALWAYS read and find out for yourself!

I would rather not try to predict what impending disaster may destroy the earth as we know it because we all know it is coming and in no way do I believe we will be prepared for the end when it arrives. God said, "Watch the signs" and He gave us a list. I see many of them, do you? There is also passages that state there will be beasts from the earth ( I wonder if these might be Missiles ) also states there will be fire from heaven ( I wonder if these might be meteors ).

The Myans, Nostradomus, The Bible and a few others have all written similar predictions of mankinds end of days. If we take into consideration one thing thats been proven to us all, and thats that everything within our existance runs or works in cycles, then it seems obvious that something in the past will eventually be what wipes us out when it happens again. Personally its my belief that this planet will be hit by another meteor sometime after the December 21, 2012 beginning of the end of days prediction.

There is NOTHING NEW about the way you predict the end! It was already there since 2000 years in the Christian Bible (In the New Testament) where Jesus gave exact account how things will occur in the last days. "Everything will parish, but my word will not". Events are already surfacing according to HIS word!!!! Since we are blinded by materialism, we do not want to believe in it!

Does it not stand to reason that as the planets align the earth will eventually be hit by another meteor? Everything throughout our history and nature works in cycles so why not include whats in the heavens above us? Its been a very long time now since the earth was hit by a comet and that cycle of events must be near repeating itself by now. December 21, 2012 is the beginning of the end of days so it should be sometime after that date.

Will the alignment of the planets cause gravity to shift, or our atmosphere to go away? How could it affect the moon?
